Capt. Herb Roskind has over 40 years experience sailing and power boating in Vineyard waters, and is an airplane instrument pilot. Your Captain has taken a number of Coast Guard courses, became tactician taking advantage of tides, currents and winds. Home waters are New England from Cape Cod to Maine, 40 years on Martha’s Vineyard. His mission is safety with fun on pontoon boats.
